Quick Free Parking Locations
Downtown: Ash Street areas, Golden Hill residential streets, marina district (after 6 PM)
Old Town: Transit Center (412 spaces), Lot C & F, CalTrans garage (weekends)
Mission Bay: Aquatic Center, South Shores Park, De Anza Cove (22-hour limit)
La Jolla: Kellogg Park, non-metered village streets
Transit Centers: Fashion Valley, El Cajon (469 spaces), Grossmont
2025 Parking Changes
- San Diego Zoo: Now paid parking (October 2025)
- Balboa Park: Paid parking implemented (October 1, 2025)
